Christine Rodman founded Lynx Employer Resources LLC, because she’s steadfast in her commitment to imparting knowledge and expertise in human resources and compliance. Christine has more than 25 years of progressive HR and training experience and a proven gift for developing positive relationships within diverse workforces.
Christine has successfully developed and facilitated countless training programs to increase productivity, ensure legal compliance and boost morale for organizations across a wide range of industries.
Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in Ethnic Studies from San Francisco State University, a PHR and PHRca designation with HRCI, SHRM-CP designation with SHRM, and an HR Management Certificate from Sonoma State University.
Christine is dedicated to giving back to her profession and to her local community. She currently serves as State Director Elect for the California State Council for SHRM (CalSHRM) board and is a board member with YWCA of Sonoma County. She has also been involved with various community organizations, including the Volunteer Center of Sonoma County, Chops Teen Club, Women for Wine Sense, and the Norcal SHRM Professional Development committee. Christine also scuba dives, snowboards, runs marathons and spends time with her family.
