Pricing
Construction Management courses are $450 each. Six courses must be completed to receive the Construction Management Certificate. The total cost of the six-course certificate is $2,700.

Sonoma County Job Link Tuition Assistance: If you are a Sonoma County resident with the right to work authorization, you may qualify for tuition assistance through Sonoma County Job Link. This program can help cover your tuition costs. For application details and eligibility criteria, please contact the Sonoma County Job Link counselor or call 707-565-5550.
Associated General Contractors (AGC) and CSI Tuition Assistance: If you are a currently enrolled student in our Construction Management Certificate program, you may be eligible for tuition assistance through the Associated General Contractors (AGC) and the Redwood Empire Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). This program can waive the course fee for one course. Please submit your application by the last class of the term. For more information, contact our Student Services team at 707-664-2394.

Parking
Parking permits are required 24/7, including reserved parking lots. General and Housing permits are valid in reserved parking lots from 5 pm to 6 am only. All machines accept cards and cash. Daily permits cost $5.00, and reserved parking permits cost $8.00 per day.
