Lee-Anne is a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and has a broad range of experience in process improvement both in public and private organizations. Lee-Anne brings with her 15+ years of experience and teaching.

Lee-Anne’s LSS journey started in the Accounting and Finance departments at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside's Controller’s Office where she developed internal processes for expense initiation and processing. At KPMG, Lee-Anne joined the firm's International Consulting Services department utilizing LLS tools before moving into a contracted position with Milwaukee County. There she improved both the accuracy and depth of financial analysis within Milwaukee County's Department of Aging.
She also helped streamlined report generation and drafted efficient procedures for county employees. Lee-Anne then joined the University of California Berkeley where she designed, implemented and managed procedures, reporting of metrics and numerous projects across multiple departments. At the University of California Berkeley Lee-Anne joined the Process Transformation and Innovation team where she was critical to the success of projects such as Quick Wins, Travel & Expense/Payroll Expense Transfers. In this role Lee-Anne also taught numerous classes to Green Belts, managers and supervisors which included: DMAIC, Facilitation and Chartwriting and Quick Wins classes multiple times a year.

In addition to running projects, Lee-Anne coached the process owners and their teams on the various Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies implemented throughout the projects. Lee-Anne was happy to join Bio-Rad where she helped managed various manufacturing plants around the world in their Lean Six Sigma journeys which eventually expanded into the operations office. She successfully helped create and implement a global program to all 22 manufacturing sites. She managed Lean Six Sigma project teams focused on reducing cycle time, minimizing inventory, increasing productivity, improving yield and increasing the quality and performance of products and processes. She also, grew and maintained a culture of continuous improvement while deploying change management techniques. Currently, Lee-Anne works at Kaiser Permanente helping to improve various processes mainly related to HR and IT. Lee-Anne has led 50+ Lean Six Sigma projects: Global Lean Program Management, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Waste Walk, Root Cause Analysis, Visual Management, Site Lean Assessments, Develop Lean Culture at all level of the organization. Lee-Anne is also the President & Co-Founder of Lean & Sustain LLC.
