Employment or Career

Many others have used this course for that very purpose. The Certificate in Project Management from Sonoma State shows that you have made the investment and commitment to acquire the skills and knowledge for how a Project Manager is critical to any organization's success with bridging its strategic management objectives with its production talents. But more important than a resume builder, I want you as the student to come away more effective and confident in the role of being a Project Manager.

This program will prepare students for careers in a variety of settings. Students may use the SSU Career Center or visit the Career Center at a local community college. They may also participate in job fairs and online job boards. The program may also offer career-focused workshops from time to time.

Organization Development knowledge and skills are equally useful for internal staff specialists and for managers who have leadership responsibilities in organizations that are changing--and in today's world, all organizations are changing!
